The short answer: the licence is the smallest part of what invoice processing costs. The biggest part is the minutes someone spends per invoice on checking, coding and posting. ## What you should really compare

The price on the homepage tells only part of the story. Compare vendors on these five points:

1. **Who posts the invoice?** Does the software prepare a proposal that someone must approve, or does it post by itself for suppliers you trust? That difference decides how many minutes per invoice remain.
2. **What is in the price?** The connection to your accounting package, picking invoices out of your mailbox and reading invoice lines are sometimes separate add-ons. At Glimps they are in every plan.
