## 1. Why this policy exists

Glimps is intended for processing the Customer's own purchase administration. This policy prevents exceptional use from disrupting the Service for other customers or from causing disproportionate cost.

## 2. What we consider fair use

- Invoice volumes matching the chosen subscription, including the published bundle and the overage rate. Current bundles are on our pricing page.
- Using the AI features for questions about your own administration.
- Connecting mailboxes that are genuinely used for receiving invoices for your own business.

## 3. What is not permitted

- Using the Service for third-party administrations outside the scope of a plan or an additional written arrangement. Accounting and administration firms may use the Service for client administrations where their plan or additional arrangement supports it. Uncontrolled resale, sublicensing or shared use beyond that is not permitted.
- Automated or excessive querying of the Service or the assistant, such as scraping, bulk API abuse or flooding with prompts.
- Uploading material unrelated to purchase administration, unlawful material, or material containing malware.
- Circumventing security, usage or access limits.
- Connecting mailboxes without being authorised to do so.
- Using AI output from the Service to train competing models.

## 4. What we do if limits are exceeded

We contact you first. After that, depending on the situation, we may:

- slow usage with a rate limit;
- charge for additional usage at the applicable overage rate;
- restrict functionality;
- suspend the account in cases of serious abuse.

Even during suspension, your right to export under the data processing agreement remains.
