Yes. We use the official Exact Online REST API. Your data is real time: a new supplier, GL account or purchase order in Exact shows up in Glimps straight away, and a posting from Glimps is in Exact straight away.

Do you support "Kostenplaatsen" (Cost Centers)?

Yes. Glimps imports your Cost Centers and Cost Units. Our AI can even predict the correct cost center based on the invoice content.

Glimps has a built-in retry mechanism. If the ERP is unreachable, we queue the booking and retry automatically until successful, notifying you if manual intervention is needed.

Can I connect multiple Exact administrations?

Yes, our Multi-Entity feature allows you to connect unlimited administrations to a single Glimps tenant.

Yes and no. Glimps reads a UBL file (UBL 2.1, including SI-UBL) when it arrives together with the PDF of the same invoice, by upload or through the connected Microsoft 365 mailbox. Glimps does not create or export UBL, and does not support Peppol.

Do I need an IT consultant to set this up?

No. The setup is a simple OAuth login flow that takes about 5 minutes. No coding required.
