One entity's rent never lands on another entity's account. ### The Netherlands and Germany, any currency Exact Online Netherlands and Germany are both supported. Every administration has its own base currency, and a foreign-currency invoice gets the rate from Exact. ### New entity? It joins in Create a division in Exact, then sync the administrations again from the settings. Multiple administrations is included in Professional, Business and Enterprise. Do I see the invoices of all entities in one list? The All administrations overview shows per entity how many invoices are open and when something last happened. To work on invoices, you switch to that administration in one click. Approvers do see the invoices they must approve in one list. Can someone have a different role per entity? Yes. Roles apply per administration. Someone can be admin at the holding and approver at an operating company. Can I reuse one entity's approval rules in another? You set rules, flows and approvers per administration, so every entity can have its own amounts and budget owners. For a new division, users, roles and order matching settings do come along automatically. Does Glimps learn from all entities together? No, on purpose. Every administration has its own ledgers and suppliers, so it also gets its own memory. What Glimps learns stays inside that entity. Does it work with Exact Online in Germany and Belgium? Exact Online Netherlands and Germany are supported. Exact Online Belgium is not supported yet. What happens when we set up a new entity? Create the division in Exact and sync the administrations again from the settings in Glimps. The new entity gets its own inbox address, ledgers and suppliers. Then pick the purchase journal and set up approvals.
