Annex 2 to our data processing agreement. These parties process personal data on our instructions.

## Active subprocessors

- **Supabase, Inc. (EU)**: database, authentication and file storage
- **Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (EU)**: cloud infrastructure and receiving email
- **Google Ireland Ltd. (EU)**: AI services
- **OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (EU)**: AI services
- **Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. / Azure (EU)**: AI services
- **DigitalOcean, LLC (EU)**: hosting
- **Cloudflare, Inc. (EU)**: backup storage
- **Plus Five Five, Inc. / Resend (USA)**: sending email
- **PostHog, Inc. (EU)**: product analytics

The country in brackets is where your data is processed. One search function at Google is not bound to a region.

Several of these parties are established in the United States, even where they process your data in the EU. For transfers outside the EEA we use standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

## Not subprocessors

These parties receive data on the customer's instruction, or only for our own business operations.

- **Exact (Netherlands)**: the customer's accounting package
- **Microsoft 365 (Ireland)**: the customer's mail environment
- **Mollie B.V. (Netherlands)**: payments for our own subscription invoices
- **Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity**: analysis of our website, after your cookie consent
- **Crisp (France)**: live chat on our website
- **Cal.com, Inc. (USA)**: scheduling demos and calls
- **The AI assistant a user connects**, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic): read-only answers to that user's own questions, under the user's agreement with that provider

These parties receive no invoice or platform data, except Exact, Microsoft 365 and a connected AI assistant, where the customer or user makes the connection.

## Changes to this list

The list in force when you accept our agreement is thereby authorised by you.

If we later add or replace a subprocessor, we publish it on this page. If you want to be notified automatically, send an email to support@useglimps.com and we will add you to the notification list.

You may object to a new subprocessor in writing, with reasons. If we cannot resolve it together, you may disable the relevant function or terminate the agreement.
