What we ask in return

We set out the price from month 4 in black and white in the confirmation email beforehand. You can stop free of charge up to and including the last day of the free period. After that it simply continues as a subscription, cancellable monthly.

Up to and including the last day of the free period you stop free of charge, no reasons required. We hand your data over neatly and stay friends. After that the subscription is cancellable monthly.
Your normal published rate, depending on your invoice volume. We set it out in the confirmation email beforehand, so no surprises in month 4. As a founding customer you keep today's rates for good: if your invoice volume grows, your subscription simply grows with it, but always at your founding rate. Later price increases do not apply to you for as long as you remain a customer.
That is why we start with two weeks of shadow running: Glimps processes in parallel while you check everything and nothing is posted automatically. Only once your finance team trusts it does automation switch on. Even then edge cases always reach a human first. Every posting has a full audit trail.
We handle the setup. From you we ask 15 minutes a week for a feedback call in the first month, every two weeks after that, up to and including the evaluation call in week 10. After that it stops. Meanwhile your finance team saves the hours now spent on manual entry.
