Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox once and every invoice lands in Glimps by itself, also the reminder with the invoice attached and the invoice deep inside a mail thread. Nobody forwards invoices any more. Glimps reads the header and every line, codes per line, matches with the purchase order and posts to Exact Online. At every step Glimps records why, so you can read it all back afterwards. You set the limits up front, Glimps does the rest.
Glimps reads your invoices without templates or training per supplier, and proposes GL account, VAT and cost centre per line from your own posting history. When Glimps is not sure, the field stays empty instead of us guessing. According to their own help article on line recognition (updated on 28 May 2025), at Zenvoices you indicate once, on the first posting, which GL account each line goes to, and you tick 'Herkenning trainen' (train recognition) so the software remembers it.
A new supplier is prepared by Glimps and waits for you. Blinqx acquired Zenvoices on 31 August 2026. According to the announcement, the brand, the product and founder Nik Schuiling as CEO stay, and Zenvoices becomes part of the Blinqx Accountancy & Tax platform. Nothing was announced about prices or the roadmap. Glimps is not part of this and keeps doing what it does: processing purchase invoices in Exact Online.
Yes. Invoices that are already posted stay in Exact Online with their PDF, so you lose nothing. And you can let Glimps run next to Zenvoices for a while first.
