The Inbox Agent reads your Microsoft 365 mailbox and picks up every invoice, including the reminder with an attachment and the invoice deep inside a thread. Mailing your invoice address or uploading yourself works too, of course. No invoice gets stuck in someone's inbox again.

Glimps reads the header and every line, links the supplier and proposes a GL account, VAT code and cost center per line. That proposal comes from how you posted in Exact Online before. Where Glimps is not sure, it leaves the field open instead of guessing.

Glimps posts by itself, without templates or routes
Glimps does not only prepare the invoice, it also posts it to Exact Online for every supplier you allow. In Blue10, according to their own knowledge base, you first create booking templates and routes. At Basecone, according to their knowledge base (22 December 2025), automatic posting runs on conditions you set up front per client or supplier.
Even a new supplier is coded straight away
Glimps takes your suppliers, GL accounts, VAT codes, cost centers and posting history straight from Exact Online. So even the first invoice of an unknown supplier gets a proposal per line. You do not have to teach Glimps anything before it works.
Eight checks that stop a posting
Automatic posting stops at a possible duplicate, a different bank account than usual, amounts that do not add up, an amount above your ceiling, a credit note, a supplier silent for a year, a different currency or a duplicate check that could not run. One switch stops all automatic posting at once.

Wouter worked in administration and later as a financial controller. He spent too many hours typing invoices into Exact Online and could not find a tool that truly took that work over.

How it started
Glimps started in 2025 in the Netherlands, from the daily practice of a finance department, not from a whiteboard full of buzzwords. That is why Glimps is built only for Exact Online: that is where the real work of Dutch finance teams happens.

Which accounting software does Glimps work with?
Glimps works only with Exact Online, and that is a deliberate choice. Because Glimps takes everything from Exact Online, from suppliers to purchase orders, it can really post and not only suggest. Glimps does not support Peppol; it does read a UBL file together with its PDF.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. You try Glimps free for 14 days and you cancel a monthly plan monthly. An annual plan gives 10% off and you cancel it at renewal.
Does Glimps post invoices without anyone looking?
Not on its own. By default every invoice is prepared and you press post. You switch on automatic posting per supplier, and even then eight checks stop the posting when something is off.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. Glimps only writes purchase entries to Exact Online, and new suppliers only when you choose to. Glimps does not change GL accounts, journals or settings.
