Fresh produce waits for no one. The paperwork had to keep up.
Vitacress Real grows and packs fresh herbs in Venlo. Those herbs are on shelves across Europe within days, and you can see that pace in the books. Growers, carriers, packaging suppliers, the energy contract: everything sends invoices. Hundreds a month combined, 109 of them on the busiest day.
Most belong to a purchase order, and so to a delivery that wants checking: do the lines match what was ordered and what was received? Some run past two hundred lines.
Without help that means retyping, digging out orders and packing slips, comparing lines. At this volume that is no longer admin. That is a full-time job.
Plenty happens. Just not by hand.
An invoice arrives and gets to work. Someone is only pulled in when there is genuinely something to decide.
Nobody drags invoices in. The Glimps Inbox Agent picks up incoming invoices from the mailbox and adds them to Glimps by itself.

Invoices find their own approver.
Roughly a quarter of invoices need sign-off, from fourteen different colleagues across the company. That used to mean emailing, forwarding and one more friendly reminder.
Now Vitacress Real’s own rules decide who sees an invoice. At approval time that colleague sees the full invoice, with the order and any deviations right next to it. An AI insight gathers the context up front: what kind of invoice this is, and what stands out. They can judge it on the spot, without looking anything up.

Yes. Glimps is built for Exact Online. At Vitacress Real, Glimps links every invoice to the administration and supplier in Exact Online and creates the entry there itself. Through July 2026 that came to 5,517 entries.
How does PO matching work at Vitacress Real?
Glimps puts invoice, order and receipt side by side, line by line, within tolerances Vitacress Real set itself. 69% of all invoices reference a purchase order. Of the 957 recorded PO matches, 944 were automatic, which is 98.6%.
What happens with exceptions?
Glimps only lets an invoice through on its own when the checks pass. If something is missing, an amount is off or the order does not fit, that invoice goes to the right person, with the deviation and the order attached. Invoices that need sign-off, roughly a quarter, are routed by Vitacress Real’s own approval rules (21 in total) to one of fourteen approvers.
