Administrations learn from each other
Switch it on and an administration learns coding from the other clients in your organization. It is off by default and only works with the same chart of accounts. A line coded this way says so. Coding from similar lines never lets an invoice post without a person on its own.

Does Glimps replace Exact Online?
No. Exact Online remains the accounting system. Glimps automates the AP layer before it: capture, code, check, approve, and post back.
Can clients approve invoices themselves?
Yes. Client users can be configured as authorizers, so the firm does not need to chase every budget question or approval email.
Can I see all my clients in one place?
Yes. The organization overview shows per administration what was posted in Exact (purchase and sales), what came in, the zero touch rate and how much work is open. Pick a period and sort on open work to see which client needs attention first. You only see the administrations you can open yourself.
Can a client see only their own invoices?
Yes. Give your client the approver role in their own administration. They then only see the invoices that wait on them, are delegated to them or are assigned to their group. The rest of the administration, and your other clients' administrations, stay closed to them.
Do administrations learn from each other?
Only if you switch it on. By default every administration learns only from its own postings. With Learn from other administrations on, Glimps takes over a GL account only when it has the same number and the same name in both administrations. A line coded this way says so.
Does Glimps work with UBL and Peppol?
Glimps reads a UBL XML file when the PDF of the same invoice comes with it, by upload or from a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox. Glimps does not support Peppol, and it does not create UBL files.
