Glimps vs TriFact365: not waiting for your approval, but posting by itself where it may

For suppliers you trust, yes. Where at TriFact365 every proposal waits for your approval, at Glimps only a new supplier is prepared, and it waits for you. A supplier only moves up a step through a proposal you accept, and one correction puts it back down automatically. Posting by itself follows three routes: a clean track record of that supplier, a fully matched purchase order within your tolerance, or cover by an approved contract.

Then the field stays empty instead of a guess, and the invoice waits for you. On top of that, Glimps looks at eight things on every invoice, regardless of the supplier level. A possible duplicate invoice, a duplicate check that is unavailable, a changed bank account or a failed arithmetic check stop the posting, and an amount above your limit, a supplier silent for twelve months, a credit note or a currency that differs from history limit what Glimps may do by itself. Glimps never posts while a check is open, and it never pays.

According to trifact365.com, Standard costs 10 euro per month for 1 user and 1 administration, and Plus 26 euro for 3 users, 3 administrations and approval flows, plus 0.18 euro per document and with one month notice. Glimps costs 75 euro per month for 100 invoices, 149 euro for 300 and 399 euro for 1,000, and above that 0.75, 0.50 or 0.30 euro per invoice. At 500 invoices a month with 3-way matching you pay 398 euro at Glimps: Professional 149 euro, 200 extra invoices at 0.50 euro and PO matching 149 euro. The Inbox Agent and the MCP server are on every plan, with no implementation fee and cancel monthly.

Yes. TriFact365 has an Exact Online integration and also works with other accounting packages, such as AFAS, Twinfield and SnelStart. Glimps is built only for Exact Online and goes deep there: suppliers, GL accounts, VAT codes, cost centres, projects, journals per administration, purchase orders and receipts come straight from Exact. That is exactly why Glimps can not only prepare an invoice, but also post it by itself.

With the Inbox Agent you connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox once, and after that every invoice lands in Glimps by itself: also the reminder with the invoice attached, forwarded mail and invoices inside a mail thread. Nobody has to forward anything any more, and if you like, it only looks along at first. The Inbox Agent is on every plan. If you use another mail system, you get your own invoice address, just as TriFact365 has an e-mail function in every subscription.

PO matching is not mentioned on the TriFact365 pricing page or its Exact Online page. Glimps does 2-way and 3-way matching at line level, with purchase orders and receipts straight from Exact Online and tolerances in euro and percent. A fully matched invoice within your tolerance can be posted by Glimps itself. It is an add-on of 149 euro per month on Professional and Business.

Your invoices are not somebody else's training material. Glimps does not pass customer data to a model provider to train general models, and it does not learn across customers: what Glimps learns from your corrections stays within your own account. The MCP server, which lets you ask Claude or ChatGPT about your invoices, can only read. For TriFact365, it is best to check their own terms.

Yes. Posted invoices and their PDF simply stay in Exact Online, so you lose nothing. You can also let Glimps run next to TriFact365 for a while first, without cancelling anything.
