1. Per document
You pay an amount per processed document, often on top of a small base fee. Entry is cheap and costs move with your volume. Check what counts as a document: sometimes every page, attachment or credit note is a separate document.
2. Fixed per month

What you should really compare
The price on the homepage tells only part of the story. Compare vendors on these five points:
- Who posts the invoice? Does the software prepare a proposal that someone must approve, or does it post by itself for suppliers you trust? That difference decides how many minutes per invoice remain.
- What is in the price? The connection to your accounting package, picking invoices out of your mailbox and reading invoice lines are sometimes separate add-ons. At Glimps they are in every plan.
