Glimps vs WhiteVision: invoices that post themselves, starting today

Yes, per supplier as far as you allow. A new supplier is prepared and waits for you, and a supplier you trust, Glimps posts itself and records why. Moving up only happens through a proposal you accept, and one correction puts a supplier back down automatically. There are three routes to posting by itself: earned trust, a fully matched purchase order within your tolerance, or cover by an approved contract.

Glimps never fills anything in on a guess: when in doubt the field stays empty and the invoice waits for you. On top of that, eight checks always apply, regardless of the supplier level. A possible duplicate invoice, a duplicate check that is unavailable, a changed bank account or a failed arithmetic check stop the posting, and an amount above your limit, a supplier silent for twelve months, a credit note or a currency that differs from history limit what Glimps may do by itself. Glimps never posts while a check is open, and it never pays.

Today. You connect Exact Online yourself, and your first invoice is processed within minutes. No demo, no quote, no implementation project and no implementation fee. WhiteVision states in their own FAQ (updated June 2026) an implementation of 1 to 4 days and a lead time of 2 to 8 weeks.

WhiteVision publishes no prices on whitevision.com, you request a quote or a demo. Glimps puts everything on the site: Starter 75 euro per month for 100 invoices, Professional 149 euro for 300 and Business 399 euro for 1,000, and above that 0.75, 0.50 or 0.30 euro per invoice. At 500 invoices a month with 3-way matching you pay 398 euro: 149 euro for Professional, 200 extra invoices at 0.50 euro and 149 euro for PO matching. The Inbox Agent and the MCP server are on every plan, with no implementation fee and cancel monthly.

Yes. WhiteVision has integrations with Exact Online, Exact Online Bouw and Exact Globe, next to dozens of other systems. Glimps is built only for Exact Online. Suppliers, GL accounts, VAT codes, cost centres, projects, journals per administration, purchase orders and receipts come straight from Exact, and that is exactly why Glimps can post an invoice by itself.

You connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox to the Inbox Agent once, and from that moment every invoice lands in Glimps by itself. That also goes for the reminder with the invoice attached, the forwarded mail and the invoice buried somewhere in a mail thread. Want to get to know it first? Then it only looks along. The Inbox Agent is on every plan, and if you use another mail system, you get your own invoice address.

Yes. WhiteVision mentions matching to order and/or receipt on its site, and Glimps does 2-way and 3-way matching at line level, with tolerances in euro and percent. Purchase orders and receipts come straight from Exact Online, and a fully matched invoice within your tolerance can be posted by Glimps itself. PO matching is an add-on of 149 euro per month on Professional and Business.

What Glimps learns, it learns for you. Glimps does not pass customer data to a model provider to train general models, and it does not learn across customers, so your corrections stay within your own account. If you ask Claude or ChatGPT about your invoices through the MCP server, it can only read. How WhiteVision handles your data is best read in their own terms.

Yes. Your posted invoices and their PDF simply stay in Exact Online, so you lose nothing. And you can let Glimps run next to WhiteVision for a while first, so you can calmly see how it goes.
