What you no longer set up

The Scan Sys blog (21 January 2025) describes a one-time setting in ImageCapture for recurring invoices, and a frame around the amounts for one-off invoices. Their current invoice page says you do not need to build a template per supplier. In Glimps there is neither: the proposal per line comes from your own posting history in Exact Online, and when in doubt a field stays empty.

A price without a conversation

Scan Sys gives the price through a demo or quote. At Glimps you choose yourself: 75 euro for 100 invoices, 149 for 300 or 399 for 1,000 per month, with PO matching and the contract register as add-ons at 149 euro. You cancel per month.

On top of that you start with a demo request and get the price through a quote. Whoever wants to start right away looks further.

On this list, TriFact365 and Zenvoices both mention AFAS and Exact Online on their own site. Glimps works only with Exact Online. If you have AFAS administrations next to Exact, one of those two fits better, or you stay with Scan Sys.

A firm that processes for clients finds a widely used option in Basecone, and with clients in different packages in TriFact365 or Zenvoices. If your company posts its own purchase invoices in Exact Online, Glimps is made for you: it posts them by itself in your own administration, and your accountant simply looks along there.

Glimps is built only for Exact Online. TriFact365 works with Exact Online and other packages, such as AFAS, Twinfield and SnelStart. Zenvoices works with Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield and other packages. Basecone works with Exact Online, among others. Doxis SpendControl connects to accounting and ERP systems through an add-on.
