Zenvoices was acquired by Blinqx (31 August 2026)

On 31 August 2026 it was announced that Blinqx is taking over Zenvoices. The brand, the product and CEO Nik Schuiling stay, and Zenvoices becomes part of the Blinqx Accountancy & Tax platform. No change in price or roadmap was mentioned. So a good moment to calmly look at what you want from your invoice processing.

You can leave rules and training behind

In Zenvoices, according to their help centre, you create automation rules and set the GL account per line on the first posting. In Glimps there is nothing to set up. It looks at how you posted a supplier in Exact Online before, and leaves a field empty when it has no good answer.

Matching without upgrading

According to the Zenvoices pricing page, 3-way matching is in the Compleet plan. At Glimps you switch matching on as an add-on of 149 euro per month, on Professional or Business. Invoice lines are then laid next to orders and receipts from Exact Online, with tolerances in euro and percent: 300 invoices with matching cost 298 euro per month.

If your company posts its own purchase invoices in Exact Online, Glimps is made for you: it posts them by itself in your own administration, and your accountant simply looks along there.
